"Steve Dash, owner of Method Org, personally answered my phone call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived at our home on time and met with us to discuss what we hoped to accomplish with our garage storage project. We built a new detached garage and wanted to move everything from our existing garage to the new one and organize everything to be stored in cabinets, hidden from view and easy to find. Steve explained what his product line has to offer, how the operation works, and provided us with a pamphlet of information. He then took measurements of our oversized outdoor cushions, evaluated and measured all of the things we had hanging in our garage, things stored in boxes, on the floor, etc. Steve designed the plan on the spot with his laptop and worked up the quote. We selected the cabinet finish and hardware and scheduled an appointment for installation. We had previously met with a top competitor of Method Org and after meeting with Steve, we were more impressed with his product line and his price was MUCH better! So much better that we were able to get a workbench as well! <br /> <br /> Our cabinets and workbench were installed in three weeks, as compared to eight weeks for the competitor! We are thrilled with the design, appearance and quality of the cabinets! The installers were very professional and careful not to mar the floors or walls. "I was satisfied with every aspect of our crawl space encapsulation process. Doug Harkey came out and provided a very detailed estimate, including a detailed sketch of my crawl space and pictures of problem areas. His estimate was reasonable and provided several options in different price ranges to accommodate us financially. I especially liked the videos he included so we would know exactly what to expect during the encapsulation. Prior to the job commencing, their electrician came out to install a new circuit for our new dehumidifier. His work was done quickly and efficiently, and the new circuit was run with no damage to our drywall. Another crew also came one morning to replace our crawl space access doors with insulated doors. All work was very timely and professional. When Jesse Marshall and his crew showed up on the week of the encapsulation, they arrived early as scheduled and stayed on the job all day each day until the job was completed. Jesse and his crew were very professional and friendly and set to work quickly removing all of our old insulation and vapor barrier and sprayed all wood surfaces with mold inhibitor. They clearly communicated what they would accomplish each day and they made steady progress until the job was completed. The new vapor barrier and rigid insulation was professionally installed and permanently fastened to my foundation wall and all seams were neatly taped. As an engineer, I crawled under the house at the end of the job, and I found nothing wrong with the installation. We got exactly what we paid for. The AprilAire dehumidifier was much quieter than I thought it would be and I'm pleased with its installation and performance. Makes about as much noise as our refrigerator. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with our decision to hire Stable Foundations. I would definitely hire them again if needed."

"They are wonderful painters, and Julie is learning how to to do this, but Mickey does so much. Sandy did a raw job for us. We don't have a porch or overhang for the front door, and when the wind and water came down, it came out more at an angle towards the house, and it got into the large window that we have over the door. The water got into the caulking and sat there, so we had a mildew smell. We called a company and said we had a smell and we didn't know where it was. The company said I should take pictures and send them to them. Mickey was here doing the painting, and I told him about the mildew and he took pictures, and I got reimbursed. Mickey did an excellent job of cutting away, and there was one place that was covered in Mildew and he replaced that. He is a Jack of all trades. He was extremely prompt. They were walking in the door when they said they would be here."

"I had a 50-year-old house with a cinderblock basement wall that had water slowly coming through. I researched the various firms that did waterproofing and had three highly rated firms come out for an estimate. The first contractor didn’t even bring a flashlight and just looked around and said to keep an eye on it. The second gentlemen did provide detailed estimate and carefully explained the problem. Randy, the owner, from Chamberlin Washington provided a similar diagnosis and estimate. His estimate was not only a little less expensive but he looked at the entire house and found other things that could use some maintenance. This is what I liked about Randy – he looked at the whole house and discovered several smaller things that should be fixed to avoid issues down the road. These were all things I knew about already but I’m glad someone took the time to examine the entire house and not just the one issue I was having. We had then not only waterproof the outside wall but also fill the expansion joints in our patio and seal one basement window as well as re-point some mortar joints in the brink chimney. When the crew came they went to work. They also did an admirable job protecting our plants. An old section of of a 6' high stockade fence had to be removed and I bough a new section and the crew was happy to put that up. When they water tested the wall they found a small leak. They re-did the sealant and that did the trick. Randy came out and supervised critical parts of the job. He was great to work with and happily fixed a few small things at the end. Randy really cares about doing the job right. I am 100% pleased with the work they did. I watched over much of the repair and everything was done correct and by the book. Overall I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Chamberlin-Washington and their work. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
