"Foundation Systems did a great job shoring up my old house. This was not exactly a concrete repair, but the wooden posts on top of the concrete were bad. First off, they returned my inquiry quickly, and sent out Wade to look at the situation. Wade was professional, looked over the house, and answered my questions. Then, they put together a detailed quote, at a reasonable price within a short time. The final cost was exactly what they told me. The project was scheduled very  soon after I accepted the proposal. The total price is split up, that is 20 % is taken as a deposit, so this worked well for me.  Even though this was not a large job for this company, it was difficult because of the location and difficult access to the crawlspace. During the work, Wade checked in to make sure all was going well and my questions were answered. This is an old house, but the work crew was respectful of it and treated it with care.  Foreman Daniel was very cautious, keeping an eye on everything, several times checking to make sure that the process of jacking up the house corner was going well. I felt the house was in very capable hands. It also was a particularly dirty job, but despite the heat and undoubtedly the sheer exhaustion after crawling under the house, they cleaned up! And they left it better than it was. They replaced a very large old beam under the house, this was a relatively tricky job as it turned out, but they made sure that no damage was done to the house, and it is now secure and stable. After the job was finished, Wade came back to double check that all was good.  I would recommend Foundation Systems to anyone.Â"

"`I have much respect for Mr. Tim Mort and his Awesome Crew. Tim is well mannered, easy to talk to and explains all that a homeowner needs to know to make a good decision. His crew is outstanding! They've always greeted me w/ respect and kindness. Their work ethics and great attitude is a testament to the close bond they have with Tim and each other. My two story ohana unit sits on a hillside behind the family house that is only accessible by foot, a fairly good hike up the cement stairs. Built in the early 60's the leftside foundation dropped about 5 inches. Tim assured me they can secure the foundation. The crew worked really hard having to walk up and down carrying equipment and disposing bucket loads of broken cement. Throughout the whole process of demolishing, securing foundation and rebuilding the ohana unit leftside corner wall the crew's attitude was positively solid! We had a pool deck with picket fence surround and three story multi-landing set of stairs renewed and concrete stairs on the side of our house installed on a very steep hillside. They use 1st quality materials, show up on time and cleanup before they leave each day. The concrete stairs along the side of our house was not easy. We are on a very steep slope and there were a lot of boulders/rocks that needed to be removed before forms could even be set up. They did a great job and didn't skimp on lumber for the forms or cement."
