During the install, the provider stated the start capacitor was bad and it needed to be replaced which would cost and additional $180. The AC was running fine when he arrived and the additional part costs around $30 on Amazon but I felt bullied into the additional cost to get my AC running again. The additional labor was removing one screw to replace the capacitor."

"As with my other reviews of this company, this big job went very well. From the technician checking my original concern with my old unit to the comfort specialist coming out to give me a bid and options. I decided with the type of refrigerant my old unit uses, it would be better to replace the complete unit. The comfort specialist explained all it would entail and we set a date to have it replaced. Alex and crew showed up on time and went to work. They were very careful to lay tarps down not to make a mess. The job took about 6 hrs. Which was about what I was told. I could have not asked for a better installation. Very neat, everything tied down and all equipment was explained as to how to use and maintain. This was a costly service but I feel I made the correct decision and knowing that Air Specialist has my back made it easier to swallow. This company is a class act A++ in my book."
