"I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future."

Three (3) man painting crew, supervised by Alex, spent three full days on property during some of the hottest temperatures of the year.  Alex, and each of his helpers, arrived first thing Monday morning and went to work washing the surfaces to be painted.  Thirteen years of dirt and grim were washed away to ensure the new paint would properly adhere.  Painting commenced Monday afternoon with the south side of the house completed before the crew left for the day.  Alex and his crew were back at 7:30 AM Tuesday morning.  The east, north, and west side of the house were painted on Tuesday.  Wednesday was spent applying a second coat of paint to ensure complete coverage.  All door handles and locks were taped to keep the paint off and many windows were covered with plastic to ensure no overspray.  All tape and paper was removed upon completion of the work and all trash was picked-up at the end of each day. The completed work confirmed Alex was a professional at his job.  The exterior of the house has never looked better.  I would not hesitate to call Silver Oaks Residential Services for other repair/improvement work I have planned for the future.

"Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."

From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. "I called to make an appointment for an estimate and the gentleman came out to my house the same day! We scheduled for a couple days later and he arrived right on time! He pressure washed my driveway, sidewalks, back patio and side of house. The gentleman (Gearold) was very polite and professional and answered all of my questions. "I needed bathroom sub-floor/floor repair (due to past water damage), tile installation and toilet installation. Joel Navarro gave me a reasonable and fair quote for the work to be done. Joel did the sub-floor and floor repair (which ended up being a bigger job than initially expected, however, the quoted price did not change). Joel had contacts/sub-contractors for the tile installation and toilet installation so the job was a one stop shop for me as he paid them. Joel was here with his sub-contractors while the work was being done, he also made several runs to Lowe’s and Home Depot for various parts that were needed to complete the repairs (plywood, 2x6’s, 2x4’s, concrete boards, toilet water supply line (as the one I bought was the wrong size), etc… Work started on Tuesday and finished Sunday. I’m very happy with the work that was done and recommend Joel, especially for the sub-floor/floor repair as the job was way more involved than either of us initially thought it would be. Arthur Lane"
