"Naji and his team were very courteous from the start. It was a pleasure doing business with a company that cares most about the customer’s satisfaction totally. The weather dragged it out and one little mishap but they were very honest and finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the finished product and would recommend Royal Made Concrete Company 100%!"

"Bottom line up front: if you're looking for good treatment, a fair price, and a quick response, Hercules is where you need to go. Bought a house with a pier and beam foundation. The house had been moving for years. Called the office, they schedule Allen to come out. He did a wonderful job of assessing the situation, had the team out in less than 3 weeks and the job was done in less than a month. They raised the back half of the house as much as 4 inches in some places. Completely different feel. The house feels solid now. Very happy with the work. I'd call'em again if I had to but I don't think I'll need'em for another 20 years. They get my vote."

"Ty came out on time and provided us with cost to stabilize the foundation of our home. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. We decided to go with a different provider due to price and our schedule. I would recommend anyone having foundation issues contact Fix My Slab for advice and an estimate."

"Went well. Rep explained each action and gave immediate results. In contrast, two other foundation companies either said we required over $4500 to repair, or difficulty may be plumbing leak - plumber did come and said there was no leak. (Initial problem was tile raising up in one small section of kitchen)"

Customers say: Quick response

"It was a wonderful experience! I had originally contacted Crosstown Engineering because I had noticed some sticking doors and drywall cracks appearing in my house this summer. The engineer was prompt, professional, and very informative. He did a full evaluation of the foundation/house and explained to me that I was likely seeing some minor elevation changes due to seasonal weather changes. He said that all I needed was gutters and soaker hose system to help stabilize both my foundation and the ground it sits on. This was a huge help as I had previously been quoted over $5,000 by a foundation repair company to fix the foundation, when it didn’t need any work to begin with. I would 10/10 recommend this company to anybody with possible foundation issues, or anybody thinking of buying or selling a house."

FAQs for concrete foundation raise projects in Pearland, TX

On average, it takes two to seven days to physically raise your house. However, this does not include the preparation work, which is often the most lengthy process. The entire project, including preparation, obtaining permits, disconnecting utilities, and any subsequent landscaping, can take four to eight weeks. This timeline ensures everything is done safely and that your home remains structurally sound.

If proper safety protocols are not followed, raising a house can cause severe damage, as the process involves applying controlled force to the home's structure. The risks involved make it crucial to hire a skilled contractor who uses engineered methods to secure your home and prevent any harm to your household.

If your foundation shows signs of instability after raising your home, you might need to add structural support. A structural engineer can assess your foundation and recommend reinforcements to ensure your house stays stable and safe for the long term. Available support options include installing additional piers or pilings, reinforcing existing footings, or using steel beams to distribute the load more evenly.

You will need a structural engineer to assess your home before you begin. These professionals determine whether your house is suitable for lifting and identify any issues that could compromise its stability. Their expertise ensures that the project is designed correctly and all risks are managed to achieve a successful lift.
