"It was a wonderful experience! I had originally contacted Crosstown Engineering because I had noticed some sticking doors and drywall cracks appearing in my house this summer. The engineer was prompt, professional, and very informative. He did a full evaluation of the foundation/house and explained to me that I was likely seeing some minor elevation changes due to seasonal weather changes. He said that all I needed was gutters and soaker hose system to help stabilize both my foundation and the ground it sits on.
