"I requested Cesar (with Anthony Plumbing) come back to do a toilet installation because he had recommended a replacement the last time he was here. I felt he was professional, and knowledgeable, and now that the installation is complete, my confidence in Cesar's ability was justified. I have used Anthony Plumbing Heating Cooling for years. They replaced my central heat, later my central air, and recently replaced all the old cast iron pipes in my 60 year old home. I trust this company to stand behind their work. Plus, every technician they've ever sent out have been top notch."

"Very good experience with both sales and install people. Professional and courteous all around. Installers were knowledgeable and did an excellent clean job."

"Prompt, competent service. Sean went beyond minimal service to repair heat pump/AC system (completely removed depleted R410A blended refrigerent and installed 14 lb of new refrigerant. Installed dye/sealant to allow for identifying hopefully stopping future leak). The 550% markup on the dye/sealant was bitter pill to swallow, but likely necessary to recover labor losses due to extended service time."

"Our central air conditioner stopped running, and I called Sharp-Long because they had originally installed the system and had periodically provided maintenance on it in the past. The owner, J.C. Crossley, went out of his way to send a service employee to look at the problem within an hour (it was at the end of the day).  The employee, who was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, determined that the coolant had all leaked out, re-charged the system with recycled coolant for free and ran tests preliminary to determining whether we could claim a utility rebate when we replaced the system.  I was extremely grateful for the courtesy extended by Mr. Crossley and strongly considered his bid for replacement, but in the end we did select another bidder. I offered to pay Mr. Crossley for the service call, but he declined the offer.

"I highly recommend Insulation Pros of KC for your insulation needs. Kyle the Sales Manager: made it easy to understand what I needed. Josie the Office Manager: took the time to answer my questions when I called, and was the one responsible for my decision to go with Insulation Pros. The installation crew: Devon, Tyler and Leo were a great team to work with, very personable and just all around nice guys who did a great job with the installation. Tanner - the Production Manager, who came by to see that everything was going like it should. From the first meeting with Kyle to the time the crew drove away, it was easy and pleasant to work with this company and they did a great job. Attached are pictures to show the 22" of insulation in my attic! :)"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Bob Mills came out himself and installed the new AC and I received my warranty today in an e-mail.

"My wife and I needed a full house move from Kansas City to Central Illinois. We got bids, and Matt Hazen with PakPros Movers was the clear winner. He was more than $500 less than the nearest bid. We went with Matt. There were challenges with our move, and Matt was flexible in reacting. The move happened during the winter, and it snowed during the packing and unpacking (both ends of the move). Matt and his crew did not complain – they dug in and worked until the job was done. The crew was hard working, and they worked as fast as they could. Matt was very hard working, and wanted to do his best during both ends of the job – he was on-site the entire time. This is a small business, and so the margins were low. As a result, Matt required installment payments several times during the move. I would say the payment schedule was not well defined, but fortunately we made it work. We moved most of the electronics and high worth items in cars, and we personally packed boxes which lessened the risk of damage. I would say the move happened with some expected damage. I would recommend PakPros for those who do not need frills, are flexible with payments, and who need a team that is determined."

"I am very pleased with RYAN'S installation of our new air conditioner and furnace, he answered all our questions and concerns, very polite, I highly recommend his service to anyone"
