"My screened-in porch, which had been stained a few years ago, was looking shabby, so I called Jay to see if it could be repainted using acrylic deck paint. Jay explained in great detail what would be needed to achieve the best results, including power washing the old stain off, caulking various areas, and painting two coats. On the first day, Jay spent many hours diligently power washing the interior and exterior of the porch. He returned the next day with some of his crew who sanded the surfaces and painted the first coat. On the final day, the crew caulked and applied the second coat. No more shabby-looking porch! I am really pleased with how it looks. Jay and his crew are friendly, punctual, and professional. They responded quickly to all my communications and questions, which I really appreciated."

"Our project started a couple of weeks late due to weather delays. We were kept informed by RSB well ahead of time, so this was not a surprise. On the start date, Jason was here on time to begin removing old deck. We were told a dumpster would be unloaded in our driveway and the new deck material would be dropped off that first morning. It all went like clockwork. We were told it would take 2 weeks to take out old deck and replace with the new deck and it took exactly 2 weeks to finish the project. The construction workers were here every morning on time and were able to work straight though, fortunately no weather delays for our project. Since it was completed in mid-December, we have not been able to enjoy using it yet. But we have stepped out on the deck and walked down the staircase. It all looks very nice and feels nice and solid. We would definitely recommend Rock Solid Builders."
