If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. "Went well.  The torrential rains the following week revealed that the upper end of driveway near garage needed to put built up a bit more to keep the rain from puddling.   The guys came back a week later, after the rain stopped and build up the driveway.   They burnt the tar to blend it into the existing driveway.   <br /> The driveway is a difficult one to do.   There is absolutely no grade to work with - it all had to be built up.   <br /> TMC was the only company who said they could do the driveway with out a drainage system.   All the other contractors would not consider it.    We did not want the drainage system because it does not work.  We are all ledge and granite underneath. <br /> Looks beautiful!!!   Will definitely have them back to do other work."
