"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

Our capacitor had blown up and he had the part on his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes!  Thought very knowledgeable and reasonable rate considering part was largest cost (over half) and it was an emergency call that he arrived within 2 hours.   He also only charged for the .5 hour and did not round up to full hour cost. 
I have two other friends that used someone else and they are still not fixed 2 days later.
