"Handy Co. did such a great job my Wife moved out of the Master Bathroom and into the Guest Bathroom we had remodeled. The install consisted of gutting the bathroom, installing new tub/shower, new fixtures, new vanity, plumbing, marble 4x12 floors in a Chevron pattern, crown/base molding, and a frameless shower door. I had received several quotes on the bathroom and Mike was the best option (He also wasn't one of those painful sales presentations). He allowed us to purchase our own parts (if you have a wife you understand how important this is). "They did a great job with the repairs. They were able to repair the popcorn ceiling and remove the water stains and damage, including the area around my skylight. It all looks seamless. There were a couple of spots that didn't match the rest of their work initially, but I called them up and they came right out to take a look. They fixed everything and made sure I was happy with the results. They told me to call again if I had any other issues. They are very proud of their work and make sure that their clients are fully satisfied!"

"Nathan has been doing numerous jobs for us for over two years. He was working for a local cement/paving company for 9 years and they had cut back in work hours due to economical reasons. He has started out by himself and now has a crew that he oversees to cover all the jobs on his schedule. He is a very conscientious worker and dedicated to building his business. He has also done numerous jobs for several neighbors and a condo association a few blocks away. He is honest and will tell you what he can or can not do. He will provide you with contacts that he respects for work that require special carpentry or drywall remodeling. One professional carpenter he recommended, Danny Ping, has practically rebuilt the interior of my brothers house. We plan on contacting Nathan in the spring, to help us get the front slope of property supported to stop run off. <br /> He does get over-booked and weather sometimes sets him back on his schedule. He does follows up with phone calls to keep you updated on when he will be able to get to you. <br /> If we had more $, we would call on him more, but we have to pick a project at a time. <br />"

Offered to install vapor barrier (6 mil plastic)in crawl space with 100% coverage for $750.  Current vapor barrier <br />     only covers 40% of crawl space. <br /> 4. Quarterly pest control treatment scheduled for Monday, January 14th.  If time permits, will install vapor barrier same day. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>Overall it went well...especially for the price paid, but the finish details are where I was not fully satisfeid. Fernando was very responsive and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. His team was always polite and worked with us when we changed our minds about paint colors and other details during the project. For 98% of the work, I am completely satisfied...the walls, ceilings, trim...anything that was painted was finished. The installation of the floor was great, he even re-did the clear coat of the complete 2nd floor when bubbles were found in portions of the finish. However, the railing install did not meet my expectations. It was not fastened to the floor correctly and the detail of the cuts and fit are not to a professional level. I also had a bit of trouble getting the project finshed in a timely manner...they are very busy and did not always have guys working on our project when I expected.</p> <p>I would definitely hire them again for anything that would be painted, but I feel that the finish carpentry leaves something to be desired.</p> <br />"
