When he snaked out the drain, he removed roots from the line and everything drained. Next came the camera. He inspected the line and found my line in the yard outside was broken and needed dug up. Saw it for myself (gross). Him and his crew replaced the sewer from my house to the street and I haven't had s problem since. They were fast, clean, and very reasonably priced. "Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."
