After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. "My father entered into a contract earlier this year to have a water line installed at his home in New Jersey. He gave them a deposit, the contract stated installation would take place between March 28th and April 14th of this year. It was made clear, verbally and in subsequent texts, the work had to be completed before July 2025 because the township would be paving the road in front of my father house. The paving was completed in July, there is now a 5 year moratorium on any road openings. Since work outlined in the contract was never completed, we have requested multiple times since July to return the deposit and they are no longer responding. "

"I spoke with John Casale and set up an appointment for a new sump pump installation and he came the next day. He gave me a quote and I signed up to start. It was only 2 wks and they were here today. The guys did an amazing job, cleaned up everything in the basement where they dug the pit and put up plastic sheeting for the dust and runners on the floor. They replaced the grass over the new line out so well that you cant even tell they were here. Nicest guys to work with. I will recommend them highly to everyone, a great company to deal with."

"Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation."
