"I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section. They did a repair that prevented me and my neighbor from having to replace a section of gutter - again, still the same price as originally quoted. They also tightened up a few spots. In all interactions before during and after, they were wonderful. I highly recommend and will use them again if/when needed."

"Contacted two contractors who had favorable ratings, but neither called back at all.  Then contacted another two favorably rated contractors, and only Genovese responded.  Arranged an appointment, at which I received a competitive estimate, and had the work done during that same visit.  Professional, friendly, and also let me know that the roof was otherwise in great condition and in need of nothing.  While actually a very minor repair, it is nonetheless quite upsetting to have water leaking through interior ceilings.  During my calls to each of the contractors, I made mention of how the leaks lined up with the vent pipes and how it was likely a matter of failed flanges.  Unlike the nonresponsive contractors, Genovese made it clear that while large projects are naturally preferable, they are there to address small repairs as well."

Quoted a repair and provided a no pressure opinion on if we should repair or replace the roof, and in let us know that in our case we could wait for months before doing the repair. Ultimately we decided to replace the roof, and since we have had issues with our gutters, decided to have them replace those as well. They were terrific through the entire planning and installation. I wasn't too worried about the deal, wanted to find a person that would do good work, and wanted build an ongoing relationship. Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting."
