"I was able to schedule the work to be done within one week of the initial request. It wasn't an especially large job, and Ivan spent an entire day working alone, but he was careful, methodical, and precise in his work. We haven't had a large storm to fully test the new gutters, but from what I've been able to inspect, I'm very pleased with the work. My fingers are crossed that he completely fixed a gutter overflow problem that appears to have affected my home for many, many years (I'm a relatively new owner). If I need additional work done in the future, I intend to contact Ivan again.

"I inquired about having my gutters cleaned. I contacted 4 vendors via Angie's list. I heard back from three of them. U-Save Gutter's price was comparable to the other vendors. I chose to contract with U-Save Gutter's because they were prompt to reply, courteous and really appreciative of the possibility to do the work. Once I decided to go with them, they were here the next day. Said they'd be here before 12 and actually showed up first thing in the morning. They were polite and professional. I live in a townhouse. Once they saw my section of gutter tied into my neighbors, they still cleaned the gutter without adjusting the price that now included my neighbors' section. They did a repair that prevented me and my neighbor from having to replace a section of gutter - again, still the same price as originally quoted. They also tightened up a few spots. In all interactions before during and after, they were wonderful. I highly recommend and will use them again if/when needed."

He came when he said he would. I wasn't home at the time. The house was shiney clean when I came home. All the mildue was gone and the gutters and down spouts return to their bright white. Good job.

 Called and left message for Brian Genovese (Owner). received call back within one day and set up appointment for estimate for  removal of old siding and replacement of same on our two story home. Mr. Genovese arrived  on the appointed day on time,complete with numerous samples of siding, gutter and soffitt materials from more than one company.He took measurements and spoke with my husband outside about what our plans were. He then came into our home and reviewed the products he had available

 and the color choices he had. He answered all questions in relation to his products and his work. He informed us he would get back to us with an estimate through email. Estimate was emailed to us and reviewed by us. Price was comparable to others and we accepted his estimate and notified him to proceed. He returned again to our home to confirm work to be done and color and material selection.(Due to both our schedules and horrendous wet weather conditions work did not start right away but Mr. Genovese kept in communication by phone and email.) We decided to also change a window in our home and add 2 new doors. Called Mr. Genovese, he returned again to our home, measured for the window and advised us he would send us a new estimate. Estimate arrived in email as promised. We accepted estimate and Mr. Genovese informed us he would order (special ) window and call us when it came in. He notified us when window came in and we proceeded with a schedule to start work. Even when I was unsure what color I had picked Mr. Genovese came back to our home to confirm with me. Work was  started on 11/1/11. One foreman and 4 workers arrived early in a.m. as promised and work proceeded. They were professional, courteous, hardworking and cleaned up every night prior to leaving. Siding,windows and doors were completed by 11/7/11. Gutters and lighting were completed by 11/9/11. Excellent workmanship, very personable owner and workers. They did an especially nice job on the under roof of our carport (difficult area). we are very pleased with the end results and would definitely use them again!  Considering all work and extras that were done comparable price from estimate actually turned out to be an excellent price!

"Great experience. Free inspection of roof leak. Quoted a repair and provided a no pressure opinion on if we should repair or replace the roof, and in let us know that in our case we could wait for months before doing the repair. Ultimately we decided to replace the roof, and since we have had issues with our gutters, decided to have them replace those as well. They were terrific through the entire planning and installation. Everyone we worked with was professional"

"Rich came to provide an estimate for gutter cleaning which was more than the Angie's list deal. I wasn't too worried about the deal, wanted to find a person that would do good work, and wanted build an ongoing relationship. Rich ended up doing the gutters, and pressure washing, and then suggested a gutter guard product for install and completed the entire job within a week of the initial meeting. I'll be using him for any future pressure washing work, and appreciated how he followed thru after the initial meeting."

"To Whom It May Concern: As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. In summary, it was truly a pleasure to meet with Matt C. for the preliminary assessment and contracting for both projects. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"
