"It went great. The company is very professional both on the phone, and in person. They provide quality work. Bottom line - you get what you pay for. In this case though, I felt the cost was unreasonably high. I should have asked for an estimate over the phone when I made the appointment and I will do so in the future as they are very upfront with pricing. It was my decision to choose to go ahead with the work once the serviceman gave me the cost; he was there with all the parts and the time to install, so I agreed. I could never have guessed it would cost $600 to install a $200 toilet. We had two toilets installed, plus two shower heads/faucets. When I expressed my surprise at the cost, the serviceman threw in some shut off valves to ease my pain, but overall, I still cannot believe I paid $3000 for this job."
