They were very punctual, after I had the roof put on, the horrible wind storm blew off some roof tiles they were extremely busy.But came out handled it within a few days. I had kind of a leak and I told them cause it's still under warranty. But they came out in two or three days. But that was something that was not right around the chimney. They came out and did that.
