"This was a $250.00 service sold on Angie's list for $125.00. They were to replace all the rollers, lube, adjust, align the door. They did  replace the rollers and spray some lube and that was basically it, about 25 minutes. When I asked about the adjust, align the door, he said it is working fine and no adjustments needed. So basically the rollers were replaced for $125. Not sure they even needed to be and if this is usually a $250 service I would say this company over charges for its services. The write up on what you were going to get and what happened wasn't even close. <br />"

"My garage door was installed by Overhead within the past year. Overall they did a decent job except they installed the rail/springs on a 2x4 nailed into the wall. Over time it came loose and pulled the 2x4 out of the wall while I was closing it. I emailed to see if they would fix it. I was informed that the repair would cost me $100. They said the "part" (2x4) that came loose was part of the original home and was not covered under warrantee. I asked why the 2x4 wasn't replaced with something better or at least screwed down during install. They said it wasn't needed. I wasn't going to pay them to fix their own install deficiency so I'm someone else's customer now. They had their chance to make it right."

"They did a great job.  My old door was in terrible shape, practically unusable.  When they arrived they removed the old door, including the springs and cables.  Come to find out the new door was about 2 inches to short, and would not work.  A new door needed to be ordered, which was going to take a couple of weeks.   Dun Rite installers took my old door, repaired and reinstalled including new springs and cables, to a working condition.  About 2 hours of work with no complaining.     When the second door arrived they removed the old door and installed the new one, and hauled away the old door.  A great job! <br />"

"Great!!!! They are the best. I had Precision come out and they quoted me $280 to replace cables on my garage door. Their guy made up a bunch of BS and I sent him packing. Then I called Coastal and the guy came out within 2 hours and replaced my cables, tuned everything up, oiled everything and charged me $103. WHAT A DIFFERENCE from Precision Doors!!! I would recommend Coastal to anyone and have made sure I put them in my file cabinet for ANY door problems."

"It took 7 weeks to get the windows installed from the date I ordered them. When they showed up at 9:00 a.m. for the install the paperwork was incorrect. The French door they brought was not the right size, when they called the office for the correct door no one answered so they told me they would bring it back the next day and install the door. The men put in the windows and left at around 4:00 p.m. The lead installer told me he would be back the next day to finish the trim on the windows and that it would only take a few hours to complete ( he still had several hours of daylight to complete the job). I agreed that he could come back the following day because he still needed to install my door. He said he would arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m , he arrived at 11:50 without my door. No apology for being late. He finished the windows in a few hours just as he said. We called the company all week, finally they told us they had the door but it would be two weeks before the installer would have time to get to it. Not acceptable, my husband talked them into installing the door the following Sunday. The office told us the installer would arrive at 9:00 a.m he arrived at 11:30 a.m. Again no apology for being late. Finally every thing is complete and looks good but I will not use them again because of poor customer service. <br />"

"I was contacted by the office staff to make arrangements for the roof repair. Communication was excellent. They crew arrived when they said and began work immediately. The old shingles were removed shortly after noon of the first day. Several sheets of OSB needed to be replaced because of rotten spots. I saw each one and new each needed replacement. The crew did a great job of removing and replacing each sheet. By the end of the first day all OSB along with, the new felt material was placed upon the roof, plus the crew began the metal eaves drips. Before the end of the second day the new shingles were all replaced."
