"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I hired Ray to service my water heater. He did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Service Flow Plumbing did an excellent job flushing my tankless water heater at a very reasonable cost. Rose provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, and Andrew—the technician who performed the flushing—was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and sure to explain everything clearly. "We had a need for quick service to replace a 26 year old water heater. Isaac stepped up and installed a new, high-rated water heater the same day at a competitive price (based on what I had paid recently to install the same water heater at a different location). His service and attention to detail was much appreciated."

"Nikolaus was amazing, he was early, fast, and he explained everything that he was doing. Such a kind and honest person, as a woman sometimes I feel like people doing repairs on my home can be dishonest and try to charge a lot, but I didn’t feel that way with Nikolaus. He was great!"

"They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cleaned up after job was done. They will be our professional plumbers when ever we need plumbing service. They came on date scheduled and finished that day. Thank you so much"
