"Made a call at 8am. Service technician arrived on time at noon and problem was solved AND fixed within a half hour. Technician was polite, kind, neat and clean but also got down to business quickly. Best part was... he had the part on his truck so there was no back and forth!"

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Travis from Looking Glass was great to work with. He answered all of my questions both before and after installation. My new A/C unit was installed on time and professionally. I would recommend Looking Glass Mechanical."

"Dan Lamb and his wife Trina were great. Very informative sales call; product was priced right for our budget; great support. The installers were superb! Great job, Dan and Trina!"

"I highly recommend Shane Diffin from Mid Michigan Duct Cleaning. He immediately responded to my request and did the work the next day. He sent a video while he was on the job as I was unable to be home. Easy and reasonable payment available through Venmo."

"It went great. The person from Hedlund’s was capable in installing our sump pump. He explained our option of a longer lasting sump pump, which was worth choosing. He also gave us helpful advice about he iron he observed in our water. Very helpful!"

"They've maintenanced my furnace before I required a new one and they've always maintenanced the new one since I got it replaced about 3 years ago. Very easy to work with. I think I've been using them since 2008."
