"The work was completed swiftly and with exceptional attention to detail. Jaime replaced the section of rotted board and checked the structure underneath it to make sure there wasn't more damage. He then covered the entire board beneath our door with composite wood to protect it from water dripping from our roof overhang. On the second job he installed white vynil soffit panels under the window overhang after capping and sealing the overhang. He took great care to run our TV/internet cable in inside the j-channel trim so that it is no longer hanging down and accessible to critters nibbling on it. I had several companies come out to see our pantry/broom closet situation (two very deep closets side by side in a 1920s house with poor storage) and Don's design was superior to all the others. He was the only one to suggest swapping the closets so the pantry would be larger (it seems so obvious now, but no one else suggested it!) Don was easy to work with and his installers were neat, pleasant and professional. The price was neither the highest nor the lowest we received- it was well within reason for the job that was done. "Tom was hard-working, meticulous, and polite throughout the long process of renovating a section of our basement. Sometimes working with an assistant, he repaired walls that had been damaged by water. He removed a shelf and some unnecessary trim that had been attached to walls, then repaired areas underneath. He scraped and removed paint from existing walls (including several types of wall material -- drywall and exposed stone), woodwork, etc. He cleaned and painted four window well areas which had been covered with years of grime and debris. He carefully painted ceiling, which consisted of many exposed pipes, valves and fixtures, using a dark brown paint in order to camouflage those previously very visible and ugly features.  He repaired drywall in many areas of both rooms. He painted the walls, the trim, the doors, the stairwell, and the stairs."
