They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

"After a few days of heavy rains our basement was flooded, and mostly ruined. Daybrook was able to remove all the damaged materials (flooring/walls/etc) to make room for the waterproofing company to install draintile around the perimeter of our basement. Once they were complete, David and his team returned and promptly restored the walls, floors, paint, etc to have our basement looking better than before the storm. 5/5 would recommend & would use again --- in fact, we already have for other projects around our home."

To begin with, we really appreciated that he fit us into his busy schedule quickly because he knew our only shower was out of commission. He is very responsive and quick to get back to you about any questions. He is patient and never made me feel like a bother (even though I am sure I was sometimes!). "2 of 997 Urgent: Project Management Issues & Pending Renovation Work We are experiencing significant project management issues that have caused unnecessary delays and frustration.Their quality of work is good but project management sucks big time,. We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"OMG! Luis and his crew were absolutely incredible. Luis communicated daily during the project, sometimes multiple calls or texts a day. He gave a very detailed line-item proposal, discussed less expensive alternatives, he had a vision and a timeline. He completed our new flooring ahead of schedule, which was great because we rented an Airbnb to avoid our dogs from going crazy, and we were able to move back in quicker. Fantastic job with our new deck, new concrete patio and walkways. It’s hard to find good contractors. We’ve had our fair share of less than stellar contractors, but Luis and his team at DMV Pro Services exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was addressed. He even hired a cleaning crew to clean the inside of our home- we didn’t ask for it, but we sure appreciate it. Luis runs a tight ship and he’s able to offer better quotes because he takes the time to really dig into the costs for materials and time. I can’t say enough good things about him.
