He came by that evening, gave me an estimate and went ahead and made the appointment. The following day he came by with his associate took away the old door replaced it with the new. "Overall, we received great customer service and a solid product. I am happy with the results. 
We had some issues with scheduling. Our back gutters were taken care of quickly, but a large tree in our front yard limited access. We ended up calling in a landscaping company to cut the branches overhanging our home, and afterwards Exterior Pros of America came back out to our house to finish the job. 
While up on the tall ladder, they also fixed/resecured a decorative shutter on one of our top floor windows for no additional charge. I appreciated their thoughfulness and felt like they really aimed to take care of our home. 
I do think that the gutter guard product is expensive, but it seems a very high quality. With all work completed, I feel that it was worth the investment and I'd recommend Exterior Pros.

"Mr. Scantling was extremely prompt and professional during all correspondence, setting up the repair date in a timely manner. Upon arrival, he and his teammate made an assessment of the damage and accurately estimated time to repair it. They immediately set upon the task and did a great job making the repaired section match the rest of the room, which included "textured" walls. Mr. Scantling then gave me a rough cost estimate for additional repairs throughout the house.  I will definitely be using Scantling Drywall and Framing for my future jobs."
