David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) "Installed ceiling fixture and 2 new wall switches. don't know if I could have gotten the job cheaper because I hired the first one who came because I was OK with the price. I filed the request late Wednesday night and he called, came over, and did the work Thursday morning. Be warned, he tried to sell me a electric box surge protector for $500. I did not get that because I don't know if I need that. Also, offered a maintenance plan but I did not get that either."

"Over all, very well.  I called on 7/20 for an estimate and received a prompt call back from the owner.  We arranged to have the work done the next day.  I discussed the job with the owner, Mike, and he made several suggestions which made the installation better and a little less expensive.  On Saturday, the electrician, Jeff,  called about 15 minutes prior to arrival and showed up on time for the work.  He was extremely neat, covered all the bedroom furniture, thoroughly cleaned up after he was finished and answered every question we had along the way.
Overall, Cole Electric did quality work at a fair price and we will certainly use them again.
