About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty.
