"From our first contact with Duane, it was an extremely positive experience. He listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some great design suggestions. He spent time explaining what he was doing and why. He spent a lot of time answering questions from my significant other. He took the time to layout a tile design for us on the living room floor so we could get an idea as to how the tile would look--I think we had 4 or 5 different sets of tile for various parts of the room. We've shown pictures of the bathroom to people and they just love how the bathroom looks. Duane was always great with communicating his schedule and when he would be at our house. He is truly responsive. He came back to adjust the shower door and later he came to help my other half install a garbage disposal on the same day that Jack reached out to him. We plan to have two other bathrooms remodelled and as soon as we have the funds and ideas, he will be our go to person. We also have him in the wings waiting to install a sump pump. Honestly, if we could afford it, I would give Duane a list and have him fix everything! I felt comfortable leaving Duane in our home alone when both of us had to be out of the house at the same time and I don't do that with just anybody. Duane tiled the floor, tiled the shower floor, walls and ceiling, installed 3 inserts in the shower, ran two strips of mosaic tile in the shower, expanded the shower by about 18" (for which he had to re route some phone lines); installed a new vanity/faucet/mirror/light fixture/shower head and painted. He also replaced the toiled and installed a light/fan in the shower. As you will see in the pic, it's a small bathroom but it looks like a true master bathroom now."
