Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing!
