"Mr. Baker visited my house and provided a free estimate to replace the top exterior window pane of a double hung 6 light vinyl window. He explained in detail the scope of the work to be performed and the time it would take to complete it.The price quote was $235. I said I wanted to think about it and he said that was ok and I could call him later that evening if I wanted him to do the work the next day. I called that evening and he returned the following day to pick up the window. He returned it the same day in about 5 hours (as promised) and reinstalled the window. I was extremely pleased with the work and prompt service. Considering the door to door service, free onsite estimate, convenience, and quality of the work, I think the price was very good. ".When he replaced the spline it was not installed properly.  Hence the screen detached and I needed him to return for a repair once again. <br /> <br /> The first repair was done on June 20, 2014 by mid July the screen became detached.  I had spoken to him several times.  He told me he was extremely busy.  It was not until April 28, 2015 until he returned to do the repair.  He charged me full price once again for replacing another whole screen."
