"I contact Brad Brown Electric looking for pricing to run electric to an above ground pool. During the estimating process everything was explained and the price was very reasonable. When concluded the discussion about the pool we talked about my electrical panel which was over 25 years. I was given a price and the office called me with in 48 hours to see if I have any questions. We scheduled the replacement of the panel first and it was done 3 days later. The work done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Brad Brown electric to anyone needing electrical work."

"WARNING- do not use this company, didn’t do the job agreed and paid for and don’t guarantee work!!!! I had a simple GFCI outlet installation required for a tankless hot water heater in our basement. They came out for an estimate, we agreed on where the source circuit would be to run wire to the new outlet and they took pictures and wrote details of the job. Electrician came out to do the job and I plugged the hot water heater in and it seemed to be ok and paid the bill. However, after the electrician left, we notice the hot water heater stops producing hot water after a few minutes or doesn’t turn on every time. Suspecting there may be an issue with the hot water heater, I called the plumber who installed the hot water heater and everything seems fine with the heater and new outlet from their diagnosis and they can’t determine the issue. I then did some diagnostics myself and noticed the electrician didn’t use the agreed power source I paid for to run wire to the new outlet, he used a different much closer source from a light fixture box, saving him on wire cost and labor time. Suspecting the issue may be a faulty GFCI outlet or something on the circuit, I called the electrician to tell them the situation and they agreed to come out after some haggling to investigate but said I’d need to pay their min $120 fee for the visit if the issue is unrelated to their work. The electrician came out and replaced the GFCI outlet and after testing the hot water heater, the same issue happened with hot water not coming out. With the issue now appearing to be something on the circuit that’s affecting the sensitivity of the GFCI outlet, I asked the electrician to run the circuit from the original source agreed and I paid for. I was told he can’t do that and needs to talk to his boss and asked me to pay for the visit. I refused to pay telling him they haven’t installed the circuit as agreed and I paid for. He agreed and said someone will get back to me to run the circuit from the original agreed source. After a couple of weeks I get a call asking if I’d pay $120 to run the wire from the original source circuit I already paid for. I said I wouldn’t and they should honor the original agreement. The person said he’d talk to his boss. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I got fed up and ran a wire myself from the original circuit source to the GFCI outlet. I plugged in the hot water heater and it worked perfectly, confirming the issue was something on the circuit the electrician chose to run the wire from. All I asked for was to do the job we agreed and I paid for and everything would have been fine. They tried to nickel and dime me to pay more to redo their work which wasn’t what we agreed and I paid for. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!"

Suddenly (it seems) we decided to move into a condo in town. While the buyers of our house certainly benefitted from the electrical improvements, we re-connected with Brandon Electric to make our condo just right. We added ceiling fans, moved switches, added mid-wall outlets. They even installed the wall-mounted TV's for us! We could not be happier with the professionalism and service provided by Jeff and the electricians. They were prompt, thorough and great communicators throughout the process. They kept in touch and strategized when we were delayed by government red tape. They estimated, and delivered, at thousands of dollars less than the first contractor we had out. "Nonexistent customer service. Still waiting for a call back regarding my system that was installed incorrectly (had to get another Carrier-approved tech to look at system since Hutchinson just wants to sell me a new one, not work to fix/replace the system that started to fail when it was STILL under warranty.) Waited the 12 hours as asked then called 3 times today and NO CALL BACK. I have no AC and I'm not about to buy another unit when this one started failing @ 8 years old. I was patient, now I'm going to make sure everyone I know is aware of my experience with this company. This company is not like it used to be."
