"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. "Resolution Pest was very good. I spoke to the owner on the phone. He told me what to expect and then the cost of a treatment plan if it was necessary. An employee came to the house on the designated day. He did not come during the allotted window of time, he came much later in the day. But, he did arrive. He assessed the house, looked at the perimeter and the deck. He did not see any evidence of carpenter ants entering the house. However as a precaution, he treated the baseboards in the basement and the main level. He also found spiders in dark damp areas of the home. He commented that spiders are indicative of other insects. Then he treated those areas for insects. He was helpful and appeared forthright. He did not encourage starting a treatment plan. But rather, did the one treatment and made his other suggestions. Overall, it went well and the treatment has been effective."

Modern completely eradicated an ant infestation in March 2015.  In July, Modern came to do maintenance spraying to prevent ants.  All interactions with Modern have been professional and polite.  Modern personnel answered all questions thoroughly.  They are very knowledgeable about insects and how to deal with them safely with kids and pets.  Rescheduling was needed and Modern was very flexible in accommodating my schedule.
