"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."

"Resolution Pest was very good. I spoke to the owner on the phone. He told me what to expect and then the cost of a treatment plan if it was necessary. An employee came to the house on the designated day. He did not come during the allotted window of time, he came much later in the day. But, he did arrive. He assessed the house, looked at the perimeter and the deck. He did not see any evidence of carpenter ants entering the house. However as a precaution, he treated the baseboards in the basement and the main level. He also found spiders in dark damp areas of the home. He commented that spiders are indicative of other insects. Then he treated those areas for insects. He was helpful and appeared forthright. He did not encourage starting a treatment plan. But rather, did the one treatment and made his other suggestions. Overall, it went well and the treatment has been effective."

We were completely overwhelmed by an infestation of carpet beetles in our home that developed out of no where for us...we had no idea that these bugs even existed. We originally had 2 other Pest Control Service Providers come out, one which said he has no idea how to attack our situation and the other who didn't even look around...just walked in with 2 bombs. Sadly we weren't yet Angie's List members to do a search to find a decent provided. We had 2 friends recommend PTC to us and when we called they were VERY booked with appointments in our area per the ant outbreak and their being such a top notch service company. After explaining our situation tearfully, Pat (the owner), fit us into his schedule the next day and spent 2 hours with us. HE SERIOUSLY is a SAINT and one of the nicest, most honest, down-to-earth, caring people we have ever met. He was amazing and instantly took charge of the situation, gave us a book to read up on these crazy pests while he worked. Said he would work with us to get this situation under control as long as it would take and thus far he has done an amazing job. He truly cares very much about his customers and their satisfaction. He is now programmed into our cell phones and will be part of our yearly home maintanance plan as we move forward. Don't waste your time calling ANY OTHER PEST CONTROL SERVICE PROVIDER. There is a reason PTC is ranked so highly on Angie's List and we had to continue the trend by praising this company and superior owner, Pat! Our work is not yet complete but we have high hopes given the impressive service thus far."
