"They came out quickly and he did a nice job repairing the windows. The price certainly seemed fair to me although I didn't price with anybody else because it was kind of an emergency situation. The fellow who came to give me an estimate told me it would take weeks for them to do it. I had to clean up my house for sale on Thursday and I needed this done. When I called the company and said that I'm in an emergency, they said they can get here the next day. They came within a day. I went upstairs and there was a gap in one of my windows so I went to weather strip it and I noticed one of the paint seemed to be loose in an area. I called immediately and the guy came right back and explained to me that it takes a while for the putty to set and what I was seeing was normal, etc. I felt kind of stupid calling them and he said he should have explained it to me and said he was very sorry. He said they rather I call them now than not call them. I was very impressed with them. I would use them in a millisecond again."

"Gabriel and one of his technicians showed up right on time as promised and were very professional. They were knowledgeable, hard-working, and personable. Gabriel took the time to explain what they were doing and showed me any trouble spots that needed extra attention. In particular, the dryer vent was very troublesome because it was very dirty and very long. But these guys didn't give up on it. They made sure to work on it as long as needed until it was cleaned. They even showed me how the dryer was not connected properly to the vent and fixed that for me. I would definitely recommend them.

"Geno gave us the best price in a well documented estimate. After many rainy days, work finally started. The old roof (2 layers) had to come off. That was done (and cleaned up) plus the new roof installed in one day. Then and old wood siding was repaired in many places, all walls were covered with Tyvek moisture barrier, and the new siding, a new window, eave vents and even a new spotlight fixture (which I provided) was installed in a matter of 2 days. The gutters came last. What a difference! From an eyesore to a thing of beauty (now my house looks shabby next to it)."

"Grayboys installation team did some minor damage to my walls from installation of windows in my upstairs bedroom. They really did not address the problem until I complained. However they did return to repair walls and made adjustments to a window twice as well as replaced a defective screen. I feel that they did accommodate my request for repair as best as they could. However, my initial contact with Grayboy employee James was not so professional . He did not seem to care that damage had been done and suggested I paint the damaged areas which angered me as the cost for the windows was high. The call ended with James telling me to Fxxx off and he hung up! I am still waiting for an apology that will never come! BuyerBeware!"
