I wanted the stairs done a particular way and Henry provided a well-written contract and worked diligently (and patiently!) with me to be sure that the drawings reflected what I had in mind. Any calls I made or emails I sent received a prompt response from Henry or Sharon. Steve and Rick did the work; they arrived when promised, got right to work, and each day they cleaned up before they left. They both did an incredible job on the stairs and railing, and they're also very nice and took the time to answer any questions that I had. Both of them have a good eye for detail and they clearly wanted the finished product to be solid AND look great. Steve offered some options that I hadn't even thought of which made the end result look even nicer than I envisioned. Tony was on-site at the beginning to give me an overview of what would happen each day, and he stopped by again a few days later to see how things were going. Throughout the process I felt that everyone was committed to ensuring I would have a good experience with them and be happy with the result -- and that's exactly what happened! "Quote Experience: I only wanted half the roof done since the smaller side of the roof was redone just 10 years ago with an expansion. Though Mark did suggest we should do the entire roof at once there was no pressure and he helped us pick a color that nearly perfectly matched the other roof. Pricing seemed fair based upon competitive quotes and they were local. 

Punctual: Mark and his team arrived when they said they would and started work on time. Better yet they actually finished the job almost a full day ahead of time.

Cleanliness: This is a stickler point for me when hiring contractors. Drives me crazy when after the first day they leave a mess and even worse if there's a mess when they are done. I did find a nail or two in the weeks after the job but nothing like the last roofing job I had done where I found debris for months. He must have gone over the yard 3 times looking for junk and nails with some kind of detector.

Overall it was a pleasant experience considering there was a dumpster in the driveway (left no marks) and banging on my roof for two days. They also used what I thought was a better underlayment and ice shield than the others were offering. Since I had leaks this was important. Would hire them again."

"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Roca has good ideas to solve problems and surprises that come about when you fix nearly 100 year old house he also has an excellent eye for detail. He has knowledge in many areas of building and fixing which is very handy. All the work turned out super and new brick steps look great and they match well with the existing stone front wall. I will be using Roca and his work crew again."

The job was messy and tedious as it involved taking up the damaged floor on the first floor of our three story condo. They matched the flooring very well to the original flooring. In fact, we were more satisfied with the quality of the replacement flooring. Cary stuck with the original estimate and there were no cost overruns. They came and finished the job within the allotted timeframe they had originally committed to. Cary and his team were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use them again for any home improvement projects we may have in the future.
