"When I moved some clothing racks away from a wall, I discovered it was full of cracks. I first called a company that did painting and repairs. They quite responsibly told me that this might be outside their expertise and suggested I call a contractor. I called one and emailed another, but couldn't get someone to come out. Seci Construction not only came in with the lowest bid from a master elite roofer but they set us up to start work in days not weeks. When it was raining heavily on the day we picked, Seci Construction came in on the next day, a Sunday, to get the work done. When it started to drizzle on Sunday, they kept putting on the roofing through the rain. Cesi Construction will tell you to be there when they do the work and they are right. Once the shingles came up, Cesi Construction offered to replace all of our 3/8" panels with 1/2" panels. This would have doubled the price of the job, so we checked the state code and found that 3/8" was good enough, so we said to stick with what we had, and there was no argument. Cesi Construction worked two days, started on a Sunday, worked through the rain, and got us a brand new beautiful roof."
