"Bruce was very responsive: he offered to fit my job in on the same day I contacted him, though I chose to wait for another day/time. He kept me posted about his arrival time, and he was fast, competent, and neat. He installed replacement parts that are of far better quality and easier to use than the ones he removed. Best of all, he completely explained what he did and what I needed to do in the future, and he reviewed my notes with me to be sure I got it right and recommended I call him if I had any questions. "For the disgusting bathroom removal I think it was Larry who came by and did the estimate, I only got one estimate so I can't tell you if that was a good price. I'm a first time homeowner and I don't know what I'm doing. Three guys came back on the scheduled day on time and removed the bathroom and capped the pipes, all but one, which they forgot. I figured out they forgot it a couple of days later when their was a small puddle of water under the pipe opening.
I had them come back a week or so later when we discovered the valves in the kitchen weren't right and a piece of pipe was also wrong. This time we did the estimate via pictures and email. A different  guy came by and did the job. I can't tell you if it works or not because my kitchen still isn't functional due to a scheming cabinet maker. 
On this return visit I mentioned the one pipe that was missed for capping on the first job. He said no problem, and then we all forgot to have him go down and cap the pipe. However, it hasn't leaked again, and this house will probably need someone to come back and do some more plumbing work so, we'll do it then.

"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"There are four pillars to good service: communication, quality, reliability and fair pricing. Bottom line - Mark hit all four at an incredibly high level...not only did he prove himself to indeed be a master plumber but also a master service provider. After a few not so successful experiences in the past, I am happy to say I have found my go to for all plumbing needs and I recommend MFS with my highest confidence. Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. Mark responded to me immediately and his communication throughout the process was incredible. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

"I moved into my house about two years ago and would get floods in my basement during every storm. I tried to fix it myself environmentally, but failed in my attempts. I then decided to finally fix the problem and get my basement waterproofed. Being relatively new to Delaware, I put in a request to get free estimates. I had a few companies come out to look at it and narrowed my choices down. I was down to Basement Waterproofing Specialists (BWS) and Basement Gurus. The crew was extremely polite and respectful of my house, they were very efficient and they "did not play games" for lack of a better word. lol The very next day we had heavy rains, which I was excited to test out my waterproofing system! During and after it rained there was not even a single drop of water in my basement or laundry room. The representative even had his team remove and replace all of the studs that had become moldy and also put in new mold resistant drywall. Basement Gurus treated us as if we were family and for anyone looking to get waterproofing done in their house, call Basement Gurus, they truly stand themselves apart from the competition!"
