"In addition to repairing our security system, we asked if he could replace our old smoke alarms and he was able to do it all in one visit."

"It was nice to felt heard and understood when we contacted Alarm Protect Group. Our prior experiences with other security companies was horrible. You could either never get ahold of someone or they offered overly expensive options. Received a security system that was in our budget and wish we could have found Alarm Protect Group sooner."

"Pleased with alarm system that we are receiving from ADT Security Services. They have been around the longest and it shows in their service. You still get the blue ADT stop sign to put by your front door to show that you have an alarm system to stifle potential intruders."

"Desperately needed someone to upgrade and simplify my security and remote access system for my home. Albert was exactly the man for the job. He came out twice… first time to access what was needed and the second time to install everything. Worked for two hours until everything was perfect. Will absolutely use him again."

"Hardwiring/owner was a great experience to work with . The team was very friendly. Sam really helped me understand my new security system. Spent time to train me and my staff helped my team fully understand the system with no rush he actually accepts phone calls."

"Good price. Typical monitoring services. My only real issue is that most of their account servicing needs to be done via snail mail or over the phone--they do not have a website to update contact info, billing info, or other details."

"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"Great company to deal with. Totally customer focused. My wife was not comfortable with me installing our security system myself, so internet based alarm companies were a no go. I contacted our existing company, Vector, Vivant, ADT & 1st Security. I met with all of the reps. Jeremy from 1st Security came to our home right away to conduct a detailed security assessment. He listened to our needs and our concerns with our existing landline based security system (through Vector), and he designed an effective yet practical and affordable set up for our home. Their prices cannot be beat- trust me I did my homework. Larry came to install the new security system and he was also great to deal with. Knowledgeable and patient- he took his time to explain how the system worked and gave us his cell # in case we had any issues. Kudos to 1st Security USA! Great folks doing business the way it should be done- honest and professional. I will be spreading the word"

"I wanted to expand our home security system and change monitoring services. Redline responded promptly, gave me a professional estimate and schedule, showed up on time with professional installers, did good work and trained my wife and I in operating the new panel. A couple of minor programming glitches were corrected expeditiously. In the past I supervised the design and commissioning of high-end commercial systems and this team met my expectations in all respects."

"The service provided by CSI Secure Solutions was second to none. From the start the team was professional, diligent and tenacious in their quest for answers. This was not an easy case but Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are looking for a quality investigator with integrity, compassion and skill, I highly recommend CSI Secure Solutions."
