I called them on January 10th due to a lack of heating in my home, and to date, I am still enduring the winter without any resolution. Last year, on November 14th, I encountered the same issue with my heating system. It took them until January to finally address the problem, leaving me shivering in my own home for an extended period. Unfortunately, it seems that history is repeating itself. What is truly baffling is their complete disregard for customer communication. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending text messages, I have yet to receive a response from King Mechanical. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and forced to endure the winter chill within the confines of my own home. It's evident that King Mechanical's lackadaisical approach to customer service is a recurring theme, and they seem indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and a timely resolution to issues, especially when it comes to something as essential as heating during the winter months. I strongly advise anyone considering King Mechanical for their HVAC needs to think twice. The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust. I am appalled by their negligence and sincerely hope that others can be spared from the winter woes that I have had to endure due to King Mechanical's incompetence."

"White Glove Treatment - Super Professional My A/C went out and I was worried I'd have a crazy time getting it fixed. I put a request on Angie's list and "Salty", yes "Salty" - is what the owner of the company goes by. He was super helpful on the phone. He said he would have a Tech. out asap - yes on a Sunday, I couldn't believe it. Tech showed up and diagnosed the issue. We scheduled a replacement for Monday. They showed up at 8:30 am on Monday just as they said they would. Steve, Eric and Marvin got to work. By 1:00pm they were finished my house is cool. It was nothing short of spectacular. Way over delivered. Do not hesitate to call these guys. As the kids would say, they did me a "SOLID". I have no problem writing this review because if you called them I would assume they will give you white glove treatment at a fair price as well!!"

Changed our air filter and cleaned the cover. He was very clean and cleaned up beautifully after the job. We will recommend him to our friends and definitely use him again."
