The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"My blower on my heater was not working properly. I had changed the filter this morning and it was filthy. After I installed it the blower did not kick into the higher setting. I called Tru North at 7:00 AM ET and they were at my house by 8:30 AM ET- talk about customer service- WOW! Just before Tru North arrived the blower started working. JP and Brian looked at my unit and could not find anything wrong except a big hair ball near the blower. They cleaned it up and were totally awesome. They recommended I have the unit serviced and air ducts cleaned out. Both were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend TRU NORTH. Way to go guys :)"

Everyone I've spoken to on the phone at the contact center has been clear and friendly. The quote process took two visits: one with a sales rep who measured my rooms, took notes, and talked about the likely equipment, and then a second visit that included an installation supervisor who confirmed the equipment needs and worked out how to overcome a few complexities for the install. The end of the second visit was when I actually got the quote, and the rep negotiated an additional "same-day decision" discount that sealed the deal. When it came to the install, every crew member on-site at my home was respectful, professional, and kind. There were a few hiccups that were nobody's fault but slowed the work on system installation day and they had to schedule a follow-up day the next week to finish the work.
