"The first thing was the contractor, Dony, not only showed up on time but he arrived before the scheduled arrival time. I am an on time person so this was a plus for me. I had water building up in the water well which was falling into the basement like a waterfall. Plumber felt the drain may have been clogged. At first this seemed like a simple job, unclog the drain. Apparently the access area to the clog was too small. I thought I would be stuck with water clean up for a while. Dony went into the basement, and had to take down some of the drywall to try to locate the source of the water leak. He cut the pipe and voila, the clog was readily visible. The area was cleared, a test was run to make sure no more water was backing up. I was a happy camper. The next day there was again, water in the basement coming from a different source. I called Dony and he came over right away. He determined the cause of the leak and took the steps necessary to secure the leaky pipe. I would definitely use this company again. First of all the punctuality went a long way and perseverance to continue working until the problem areas were addressed."

"The service went very well. They were here at exactly 9 o'clock. They took and install a new faucet in the kitchen that had a leak. The master bathroom had a slight clog he cleared that. Then, the toilet was moving when you sit on it. So he took the toilet off, and replace the seal, and put it back again. We were happy with the work. This was the 2nd time I used the service. I had no problem and I would recommend them. He explained everything he was doing and he clean up after the job was done that you wouldn't know that he was here. I have found a good plumber and I would use them again if needed."

"The house I bought had a cheap old toilet upstairs that was constantly running and just overall not that good. I was looking to repair it when I found that I had a leak on my shut off that ran all day and caused some water damage. They estimated being able to be at my house by 1:00 but I got a call early in the day from Frank that said he'd be able to be there an hour early, and to verify the toilet I wanted. Frank showed up right on time, as promised, and looked into the work involved. It turns out that I did not need a replacement valve, it just needed to be tightened (which saved some money), and then he installed the new toilet. Throughout the entire time Frank was polite/professional and very thorough. After the job was done he also gave some free professional advice regarding some other work I would need in the near future, without requiring me to jump through any hoops. I would absolutely recommend Fabrizio's to anyone, and have already recommended them to my father for some work that was needed per my conversation with Frank."

The water line was about 4 ft in the ground and the sewer line was about 4 plus feet under it. The price includes replacing both lines. $5,500 for the sewer and $1,400 for the water.
