They went the extra mile or three to make sure the work was completed to perfection, even though the pipes were old and fiddly and required constant changes of strategy. Every operation was thoroughly explained and all questions were gladly answered. They were extremely punctual and tackled my problem promptly. Plus, there was no mess afterwards. They spotted several potential problems, estimated the remaining lifespan of various systems (it's an old house), suggested potential fixes and provided ballpark estimates to help plan the future. I can't wait to hire them again for any further plumbing issue. A really superb, old-school crew."

He assessed our kitchen sink faucet and said he did not have parts for our Cygnet faucet which we purchased as a package from granite formations and that I would have to order parts or he could provide a new fixture to replace our existing faucet which he had all the parts for installation. The price for the new faucet and installation was more than what we wanted to spend on this repair so we thanked him for his time and shared we were nit interested in purchasing a new fixture. He was fine with our decision and did not charge us for his time to assess our circumstances and wished us well. All good.... we have never used ecoplumbers previously. I found them very professional and timely. I believe for our application they were not the right fit for us...."

"They found a replacement part very quickly. The main faucet in the bathroom is leaking so they fix it. They fix another valve wich is leaking a bit. The price is reasonable. The handyman is very competent. Over all I'm very satisfied."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."

"John arrived at 2:05 Sunday afternoon. John was very professional, and explained what needed fixed and what it would cost. A new toilet and supply alone were needed. He noted what we needed and when out to get it in a half hour. S total of and a half hours, John has everything installed and tested. I have had many different plumbers in my life, but I cannot remember anyone who provided such a great service experience with a plumbing problem. Also, everything was left in a very clean manner."
