"MDTECH sent their repair tech Paul to figure out what the issue was. Paul thought it might be the rollers, and he was right. One of the rollers was badly worn, and in less than 30-minutes Paul; vacuumed out the debris from the roller inside of the dryer, replaced both rollers, put the dryer back together, tested it, and was back in his truck off to his next service call. Paul knew exactly what he was doing, was easy to talk to, and did a great job as far as I'm concerned. And Yes if I need an appliance serviced or repaired my first call will be to MDTECH."

"Rather than pay $500+ for parts and labor to replace my old garbage disposal, I was advised by the pro that the model I had was much simpler to replace “do-it-yourself” style. The nice guy I spoke to (can’t remember his name, probably the owner?) asked me a few questions: what model, did I try xyz, how old was it? Then he said it wasn’t a very tough job and I could purchase the same model and attach it myself to save on the labor. The pro was honest and helped me over the phone, despite not needing his services, which was very cool. On his rec, I went to the Depot, bought the same (Insinkerator badger 500) unit for $170ish. Not bad at all. And with a bit more YouTube perusal, a few basic tools and some elbow grease… wouldn’t you know it! Success! In about 90 minutes, I had a new working garbage disposal, a pretty good workout and peace of mind. Would definitely call again when I have a more challenging project. Kind, honest, knowledgeable folk!"

"There was just miscommunication in the beginning. I called to confirm my appointment as the technician was now late. They didnâ t have me down for that day or any record of my call. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered after diagnosing the broken freezer. I didnâ t know if he was going to order it. He said to call the office and tell them to order it which seemed weird. Then I couldnâ t pull out the refrigerator to unplug it myself in order to let it sit for 24 hours defrosting once the parts were in.. I was told on the phone that I had a circuit to the fridge that I could turn off. He had never seen my outdated box. Finally had it repaired which was quick at that point. "Tony was prompt and courteous. I have a 40 yr old Maytag washer, and he said the hose replacement was difficult to find and because of the item he made 2 visits: 1 was the troubleshooting and estimate, the 2nd was to bring the hose to do the repair. He accurately diagnosed and repaired our washer resulting in no more leaking. He was done in less than an hour. I did not do any comparisons, as I had been without a washer for 2 weeks. I liked the service, but I would probably do a comparison next time . I feel the cost was a bit high. I paid $270. However, he did a great job."
