"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. "Excellent service. Kevin came and assessed the problem. He provided me with a quote that seemed very pricey at that moment in time in comparison to other quote I got earlier from another plumbing company, who gave a quote without opening it up. After seeing the amount of work it took almost the whole day, the price seemed reasonable. Apparently they didn’t make the part anymore, and the replacement part didn’t fit perfectly well, but he got it to work at the end of the day. But there was no hot water the following day when we took a shower so he returned and spent another half day to get it to work. I really appreciate that he came by immediately to rectify the problem and complete the job."
