"These guys were great! This project took a while to complete because of weather & tedious nature of having to cut each piece to fit but these guys were good. Kenny, I believe was his name, was foreman and he took every step possible make sure it was done correctly. We had some super hot days to be working on a hot roof but they did it! Any concerns we might of had, they took the time to answer questions and make sure we were happy. The roof turned out beautiful and we get a lot of compliments on it. They are a family owned company with their own employees and take pride in their work. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

The beginning: The estimate and contract were handled professionally by Cory. After appropriate down payment was provided, materials were delivered as promised. Cory had told us that it could take 5 to 6 weeks to finish the job; however Mario and his crew did the job in less than two weeks. Very quick and efficient. We couldn't believe how hard this siding crew worked - they arrived promptly in the early morning and worked until dark, cleaning up every evening before they left. This house is a very large house that has over 4,000 sq. ft. of siding.

The crew did their best to strip off only what they could cover that day, and never left our house unprotected during the installation cycle. We had a few rainy days during the project, but the crew worked through and around the storms. Mario and the rest of the SRS installation crew worked with me and handled all of my various questions satisfactorily along the way.

After the siding and trim were installed, all seams were caulked with matching materials. Then the remaining trim - soffits, fascia and gutters were painted.

A side note: this project started out in the spring as a simple paint job, and after a hail and wind storm interrupted the project it changed into a siding repair and paint to one end of the house. When it was discovered that the siding could not be matched, Cory worked with us and the insurance company to come to a satisfactory settlement that resulted in a complete siding replacement for the entire house. It took some convincing for the insurance company, but Cory stuck with it working with the adjusters and my agent to reach a satisfactory result. During this tiring and frustrating process, Cory hung in and revised the estimates and contracts to match our needs. Real customer service!

The Result: The house looks like a new house, better than it has ever looked - even on the day it was completed 28 years ago. I personally read every page of the James Hardie installation manual for certified installers, and to the best of my knowledge Mario and his crew followed the recommendations to the letter. We are very pleased with how nice the house looks, now. Our house is the talk of the neighborhood.

"It went great! He came out the first day I talk to him to measure up the roof and give me the estimate.The work was completed in time limits promised. No payment was asked for until completion of all work. The installers where very professional. They were there everyday on time, sometimes not in the best weather I my add. "I was searching Home Warranty providers after a bad experience with my 7 year, soon to be terminated "former" Fidelity Home Warranty service provider. Warranty service providers are essential, for they step in and "act" when life deals you an "Oh Crap" situation like your refrigerator suddenly quits. Every high dollar appliance in a home has a life span that will end whether your prepared for it or not. It's a common occurance that leads to unexpected higher debt concerns while you frantically attempt to save your food from going bad. Got a minimum of $1,700 to get a new one? A truck or a really good friend to borrow theirs to pick it up? Plus time to allow it to achieve proper temperature to transfer your temp sensitive food! Well if you haven't experienced this type of event, in your life, you will! I began by doing some easy research online like searching for best Home Warranty providers. I put some inquiries out to prospective providers and as expected, the sales calls began to ring on my phone. They all have why "they" are the best provider - so take notes and compare policies. Ask whether they cover swimming pools, septic systems, roof repairs etc. So my phone rings with an out-of-state area code and it's Zach from Choice Home Warranty. While on the call, this enthusiastic salesman hit all the "trigger" items I was looking for; *Annual Service Price *Price per claim deductable *Response time You know, all the "need to know" info that helps you make an informative decision. I started paying $550/year 7 years ago in 2014 with my old service provider. The per claim fee was $65. Today in 2022, it's $710/year and $85/claim. Was it worth it you ask? If I figure the math, my total cost over 7 years and only 4 claims was $4,450 or $636/year. This cost paid to replace my pools salt cell and chlorine generator ($1,800 in parts alone), 2 separate Air Conditioner repairs which replaced the coil fan motor, a circuit board replacement, system coil cleansing, relays and a capacitor. (No idea of how much my total cost would have been. I paid $65 twice. Nice huh?) 1 roof repair that replaced the "Cricket", which is a 15' roof section elevational change just below the ridge line. It's important to remember that these repairs don't include "hidden costs" which are personnel and service labor rates. Something you will pay for without a Warranty Service. Here's the best part of the call from this AWESOME salesman. He offered me 6 year "fully transferable", rate locked for life" service policy that when divided out by 6 is LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING ANNUALLY, 7 YEARS AGO!!! So, is a Home Warranty plan a safe bet??? I have a 9 word answer for those without a Choice Home Warranty service plan. YOU BET YOUR DRIPPING SWEATY BUTT CRACK IT IS!!! Props to Zach, YOU DA MAN!!! "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Jacob was great. A couple of issues came up because we live in an OLD house. I was really stressed about it but he assured me it would be fine and handled it in a timely and professional manner. My kitchen floor and backsplash turned out BEAUTIFUL and ON TIME!! Couldn't be happier!"

"Everything went very well. The guys were very friendly, returning calls quickly. The quality of the work was very good and they cleaned up after themselves. They even used a large magnet to make sure there were no nails, screws, etc. left on ground. They were very careful around the house and did no damage to house or landscaping.
