They came up with a design and incorporated a few changes that we wanted and started the project. They did the demolition work, framing, plumbing, flooring, tile work and finish work and painting. "<strong>Mr. Rolen arrived promptly and quickly set up the ladder and measured the roof.  When done, he went to his car and calculated all the costs and handed me the bid...in the bid itself, he was one of two companies that gave us details like:  How many squares of roofing tiles would be needed, how many sqares of hip and ridge, how many feet of flashing, etc.  He and I spoke for some time as he explained each step of the process.  The <em>only</em> reason why he did not get the bid was because my mother thought the roofers having to travel 2 to 2.5 hours to get to our house from where they lived would have placed an undue hardship on him and his workers.</strong>"

"Mr Arnold showed up on time and very professional, gave me a free estimate, and then since i needed it asap, he went to home depot and purchased the heater, and all the supplies. He returned and removed the old  heater, and installed the new one and all accessories, this took him about 2 hrs to do. Mr Arnold was very kind and cleaned any mess he had made and took all the materials with him when he left. I had called him and he was very flexible with my work schedule and the emergency i was in as well. <br />"

"It took longer than expected but I did not have a plan in mind when we started and he helped me make decisions about things as we went along.  Some materials had to be ordered and that took longer. We rearranged and  replaced everything in  two bathrooms  from the wallboard out.   I had a preliminary price but he was very agreeable to changes when I suggested them.  When finished I was very happy with the results and have not regretted anything about the job.  I recently had surgery and was so happy with the bathrooms and widened doors.  .   <br /> As no shower unit would fit in the space we had, he built the shower from the ground up with a preformed floor and tile walls with built-in units to hold shampoo, soap, etc.  An adequate seat, also tiled, and grab bars which I selected.  All in all, I love my bathrooms.   <br /> I made a preliminary list of the smaller jobs so he always had something to work on when we had to wait on materials.  His work is guaranteed and he never hesitates to return if you have a question or problem.  He can do electric, plumbing, sheet rocking, cabinet installation.   Just about anything you need.  I would recommend him to anyone."
