"Precise Repair and Remodel did a great job completing a variety of remodeling jobs for our house. It was a great price and they make adjustments to the job when requested. They went above and beyond our initial expectations. We were pleased with the results. The only reason for not a full rating was due to estimated time taking longer than expected. We recommend that the time quoted should be increased due to unforeseen issues that might come up and changes needed to fix. While the time was a bit longer than expected, Precise Repair and Remodel does make sure the job is finished to the customers expectations and are happy with the results. Highly recommend and will hire again."

"Another great job by Dave from his team Cransten Handyman and Remodeling, we had a ceiling leak that had done some damage in our garage they removed all the molded things, took out the damage, replaced insulation, put up new drywall, and painted and all looks great again. It’s rare to find a company when you are doing a remodeling project that is competitive, professional, communicates well and does a great job in all aspects of the project. Our experience with Bradley Construction was all that and more. From the very first contact with Mr. Bradley through all the steps in our kitchen remodel (replace granite, sink, new appliance install and rebuild of pony wall) the team from Bradley Construction was “on it”. Clear and easy to understand invoicing was also part of our experiences…. there were simply no surprises, and the job was done in a very reasonable time frame. "Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."
