Addition Contractors in Greenville, SC

"We have been renovating and flipping houses for more than 30 years, and we have never been as impressed with the contracting firm as we are with Villatoro Construction. At the end of our renovation, there wasn't an area of our house that wasn't touched in some way. They were consistently the best. They were able to start work quickly, showed up as promised, and worked full days. They paid so much attention to detail, ensuring that everything was perfect. They were as invested as we were in ensuring that our home looked amazing. We were blown away when we came home one day to see they had pulled out dead bushes and were trimming others.à   We hired Villatoro to remove aluminum siding, add insulation, install hardyboard, pressure washed, all exterior painting and internal painting, and onstalled shutters. They repaired damage to several walls and ceilings, they refinishing our wood floors, they added recessed lights and replaced other recessed lights to more modern profile LEDs. They installed three new doors and three new large custom windows.à   They replaced molding were needed and rebuilt our damaged side porch. Every trade was curious, efficient, and personable. They became family, and we were genuinely sad to see them go at the end of the project. Obviously, we can not recommend them enough. Please free free to call or ride by our home. Jim and Mary Ann Bennett"

"We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional."

"Alan Gaul merged two back to back closets and turned it into s larger pantry. He removed and closed off the two existing doors and repositioned it on the kitchen side. He did an excellent job and made sure everything was perfect and cleaned up before he left. I highly recommend him."

"Rich’s Construction did a great job of adding a deck to my house, including a gazebo attached to the deck. He stood by all commitments of what he was to provide and how much we would have to pay for it. When a problem arose (oh no, our existing door to access the deck turns out to be too narrow), he suggested a solution on the spot and quickly gave us a quote for a small add-on project. In addition, I credit Rich’s crew with standards of workmanship that helped make the whole project successful."

"I would recommend Bradley Construction to all of my friends! From the moment we met with Terry we knew we had hired someone we could trust. They replaced our old deck with an updated and larger one. During the construction our ideas were fluid and everyone accommodated us with a smile. Their attention to detail was impeccable! All of the construction workers were pleasant and worked hard to complete the task in a timely fashion. We also had some stone work and a patio laid. The result is beautiful! They made sure that everything was done well and also anticipated drainage problems and corrected them. Great company!"
