"Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well."

"Jason took our stairs to the basement that were a tiny spiral mid evil type stair case and made them so amazing. He also took out 7 layers of flooring in our kitchen and laid new real wood to match our current wood floor. He also drove out of his way to pick up our new granite. He came back a couple years later and redid our entire front porch and did some electrical and other odd and end jobs. He is an honest man and Works very hard."

Sheri Lane was wonderful to place a claim for us, however the Friday scheduled service was just not responsive enough for us and we had the work done for $399.00.
