By the next morning the company owner (Vince) showed up in a company wrapped truck and logoed shirt making it easy to know who had arrived. Vince replaced my broken spring with a much longer one with a 30% higher cycle rating. He also helped program my built in car transmitter while he was there. Professional, prompt, and courteous.
