"I was provided a two hour window to expect the plumber.  He called 20 minutes prior to the appointment window to let me know when to expect him.  He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my garbage disposal in about an hour.  He provided tips on maintenance to prevent future clogs.  He then tightened a toilet upstairs that had a leak around the base.  The cost was less than I expected and he completed the repairs quickly.  It has been over a week since the repairs were done and so far everything is draining without a problem and there is no leak at the base of the toilet.

"Outlets and switches replaced. Ceiling fan installed"

"Absolutely phenomenal! Stayed through the night to get the job done so we could have our shower ready for the morning and was also quite once my baby went to bed. You can't put a price on that kind of service and empathy. I would hire Mr. Nelson again in a heartbeat for anything I couldn't manage on my own. Definitely highly recommend this guy, he's the real deal!"

" The service technicians were about 1 hour late arriving due to complications at a previous job.  They were aware that I had somewhere I needed to be later that afternoon so they worked diligently (without even taking a lunch break) to complete my job on time.  They were very knowledgable and efficient.  They cleaned up all of the worksite, went over operating instructions with me after testing the system and then went over the warranty and rebate information.  Unless something unforseen happens, I would definitely use The Water Heater Experts again."

"Overall experience was excellent.  We noticed that the air conditioning / cooling of our old HVAC system wasn't working when we first turned it on this year.  The serviceman from Alpine determined that the refrigerant fill valve was leaking, and provided an estimate to replace the valve and the refrigerant.  Since the leak had completely drained the system (it used R-22 which costs over $100 / pound), the repair was going to cost $1500 - of an old unit.  It was recommended that we consider replacing the HVAC unit.  The salesperson we met with was thorough and knowledgeable, and presented us a range of options to consider. He did steer us away from lower quality units to several higher quality options (all made by Amana), and we elected to go with a mid-range system.  The installation was performed over 1.5 days by 2 technicians (the furnace is in the basement), and the technicians were prompt, courteous, thorough and complete. I had pretty minimal cleanup to do after they had completed the job.  System is working beautifully at the 2 month mark. I would recommend them highly for their efficient service and knowledgeable advice."

"Straight shooters and get the job done!"

"Kevin Goodwin went beyond his responsibilities of what he had to do. He was very kind man. He is a very decent and hardworking human being. He repaired an issue that another service provider caused. I cannot say enough good things about this man and company. I would highly recommend them!"

"Job went great and the finished product is beautiful -- a totally remodeled master bathroom. It is truly our dream master bathroom. Tom's work improved our quality of life and his work and recommendations exceeded expectations. In addition to the work quality, Tom was a pleasure to work with and it was a joy to have him in our home. We completely remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom -- new toilet, sink, shower, etc., with subway tiles on the walls and marble mosaic tiles on the floor. Tom is a perfectionist and everything looks wonderful. We will definitely go to Tom again for additional work on our house. Tom was efficient and never sacrificed any details. I'd recommend him for anything."

"Mr K repaired my Garbage Disposal. Working on also replacing the Faucets in my 1st floor bathroom."

"We first hired 360 to come out and replaced our rotting railing on the front porch. Then about a month later they came out and wrapped windows and doors with aluminum. Both jobs look great, they were completed in a timely manner.
