He needed to order a part, and said he'd return the next day. I spent a week calling him for an update and waiting for him to show up by a promised time. When he failed to show, he never called to tell me that he'd be unable to get here. I found his reassembly incomplete, and all leftover screws, brackets, etc. had been taken by the tech. I was given the name Quality Services (not Quality Handyman Services) and my checks were made out to the repairman. My dryer is fixed."
