"They are very knowledgeable and professional. They were quick to respond to my needs and had everything installed within a week of the initial water test (which was free). They installed a water softener, a PH neutralizer, an iron breaker, and a sediment filter as well as replaced some of the old existing plumbing that was poorly installed. Once installed they explained what every piece of equipment was in detail and how to operate them. They showed me how to maintain the water softener and told me how often to check/refill it and gave me suggested service intervals as well as prices for the maintenance that I would not be able to do on my own.
