The first estimate told me we needed to dig up the pipe (which was under 1.5ft concrete AND a finished tile floor w/ embedded radiant heat pipes) because there was definitely a hole or a backflow there causing poop sewage to sit in the p-trap and it was an emergency health hazard. The estimate was $4500-7000.
